Position Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET) to join our rapidly growing team. As an SDET, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital engineering solutions by designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# programming, extensive experience with Selenium automation, and a proven track record of creating automation frameworks from scratch. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient automated test frameworks using C# and Selenium.
Create and execute comprehensive test suites to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
Collaborate closely with software developers, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to identify testing requirements and implement effective testing strategies.
Conduct root cause analysis of test failures and implement corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
Continuously enhance test processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
6-15 years of hands-on experience in software development and testing, with a focus on automation.
Strong proficiency in C# programming language.
Extensive experience with Selenium automation.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement automation frameworks from scratch.
Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
