Position Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET) to join our rapidly growing team. As an SDET, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital engineering solutions by designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# programming, extensive experience with Selenium automation, and a proven track record of creating automation frameworks from scratch. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient automated test frameworks using C# and Selenium.
• Create and execute comprehensive test suites to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to identify testing requirements and implement effective testing strategies.
• Conduct root cause analysis of test failures and implement corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously enhance test processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-15 years of hands-on experience in software development and testing, with a focus on automation.
• Strong proficiency in C# programming language.
• Extensive experience with Selenium automation.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement automation frameworks from scratch.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
